Liam Royce

Liam has a BA Law, LLB and MPhil in Business Management, Insolvency and Business Rescue from the University of Pretoria, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and was admitted as an attorney in 2017. Liam is also a licenced business rescue practitioner with CIPC.

Liam has a strong background in labour and commercial law and has an extensive track record of success in business rescue.

Kristine White

Kristine has a BCom Law and LLB from the University of Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney in 2017. Kristine is also a licenced business rescue practitioner with CIPC. Throughout Kristine’s careers, she has worked in general practice, debt collection and advised various multinationals in commercial and corporate law throughout Africa and in other emerging markets. Kristine has also advised numerous corporate entities on governance, including employment and labour law.
